Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PlayerXV, you agree to these Terms. If you're creating a Player account, you're confirming you are the player's parent/guardian or another adult authorized to act on their behalf — see the Club Subscription Agreement and our Parent/Guardian Consent & Youth Data Notice for what that specifically means.

2. What PlayerXV is

PlayerXV is a player development, performance, and wellbeing platform for soccer clubs, providing dashboards for club admins, coaches, and players covering training/match sessions, reviews, goals, and physical-readiness estimates generated from logged data.

3. Accounts and roles

A club admin creates the club and manages teams, coaches, and players.
A coach is added to a team by a club admin and can log sessions, reviews, and view their players' data.
A player account is created by a parent/guardian, who affirms that role at signup.

Each person is responsible for the accuracy of what they enter and for keeping their login credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access is provided to clubs on a paid subscription basis, billed outside the app per the pricing and terms in the Club Subscription Agreement. A club's access may be suspended if payment lapses, per that agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use PlayerXV to harass, endanger, or collect information about a minor beyond what the platform itself is designed to record; attempt to access another club's data or another user's account; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content and data

Clubs and their users retain ownership of the data they enter (rosters, reviews, notes). PlayerXV is granted a license to use that data solely to operate and improve the platform for that club, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

7. No medical advice

Physical readiness, fatigue, and recovery figures shown in PlayerXV are AI-generated estimates from logged training data and self-reported check-ins — not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or guarantee, and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment about a player's health or readiness to play.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PlayerXV is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerXV disclaims warranties of any kind, and PlayerXV's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees paid by the affected club in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here is intended to, or does, limit liability where the law does not allow it.

9. Termination

A club may cancel per the Club Subscription Agreement. PlayerXV may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or a security/safety concern involving a minor's data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify active club admins at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
