Parent/Guardian Consent & Youth Data Notice

What you're confirming

By checking the consent box and creating a Player account, you're confirming that:

1. You are the player's parent or legal guardian, or another adult specifically authorized to act on the player's behalf.
2. You consent to PlayerXV collecting and storing the information described below about the player, for the purpose of using the platform.
3. You understand you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the player's data at any time by contacting Info@PlayerXV.com.

What we collect about your child

• Name, date of birth, position, and jersey number.
• Training and match attendance.
• Self-reported and coach-submitted performance reviews and wellbeing check-ins.
• Fatigue, recovery, and readiness estimates computed from the above — AI-generated estimates from logged data, not a medical assessment.

How it's used

To run the dashboards and reports the player's coaches and club use to support their development — nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the player's own coaches and their club's admins — not other clubs, and not coaches or admins outside the player's own team relationships.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data held about your child, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for the account and its data to be deleted, at any time, by contacting Info@PlayerXV.com. We will respond within 30 days.
